What will be the duration of the certification package?
You will have 15 days access to the learning platform. You will need to take submit your projects, take the prep exam, and the certification exam during this period.
What are the requirements to get certified and earn the certification?
To earn the certified status participants must score a minimum of 70% on the projects, achieve 70% or higher in the CWP certification exam.
Statement on the certificate: The 'Certified in Workforce Planning©’ certification demonstrates proficiency in workforce planning practices and their integration with other Talent Management areas.
What is the Exam format?
The exams are developed with support from our expert panel of industry leaders. It includes multiple-choice questions design to evaluate domain knowledge and application skills.
