CSBA is a Community and resource center for Science-informed, Business-focused, and Analytics-driven HR professionals.
The CSBA community emerged in direct response to a gap in the industry. Forward-looking HR leaders told us that best practices were not enough to address the complex and dynamic nature of their business. Similar to Elon Musk’s call for first principle thinking, strategic HR leaders are looking to build solutions based on fundamental building blocks of human performance (i.e. operate with the knowledge that is grounded in the science). From an informal beginning in 2017, we are pleased to have grown to a global community of 1000 plus members from Fortune 500 corporations and non-profit organizations.
Our aim is to make it easy for organizations to use what works in enabling their talent. We provide science-informed, practical insights on emerging HR topics in partnership with thought leaders and industry experts. These are brought to you in the form of workshops, webinars, podcasts, and blogs.

There is no membership fee for joining this community for a limited time. Members gain access to resources such as our entire webinars and podcasts catalog using a single login. Members also receive access to networking opportunities with experts and received discounts on HCG products and services.
