Most employees when hired have one or more areas that need to be developed to fully meet the demands of their job. The contents of this module include step by step guides, evidence-based models, including frameworks that help grow and sustain employees’ skills and expertise.
How do I get access to the Workforce Development: certification package?
Within 24hours of making the payment, you will receive an email with your access information to the learning courses on the HCG learning platform. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. You may write to staff@humancapitalgrowth.com to receive your access information again.
What will be the duration of the certification package?
You will have 15 days of access to the learning platform. You will need to take submit your projects, take the prep exam, and the certification exam during this period.
What are the requirements to get certified and earn the certification?
To earn the certified status participants must score a minimum of 70% on the projects, achieve 70% or higher in the CWD certification exam.
Statement on the certificate: The 'Certified in Workforce Development©’ certification demonstrates proficiency in Workforce Development Practices and their integration with other Talent Management areas.
What is the Exam format?
The exams are developed with support from our expert panel of industry leaders. It includes multiple-choice questions design to evaluate domain knowledge and application skills.
