How do I get access to the Workforce Analytics Practices: certification package?
Within 24hours of making the payment, you will receive an email with your access information to the learning courses on the HCG learning platform. What will be the duration of the certification package?
You will have 15 days of access to the learning platform. You will need to take submit your projects, take the prep exam, and the certification exam during this period.
​​What are the requirements to get certified and earn the certification?
To earn the certified status participants must score a minimum of 70% on the projects, achieve 70% or higher in the CWA certification exam.
Statement on the certificate: The 'Certified in Workforce Analytics©’ certification demonstrates proficiency in Workforce Analytics Practices and their integration with other Talent Management areas.

The exams are developed with support from our expert panel of industry leaders. It includes multiple-choice questions design to evaluate domain knowledge and application skills.
