The Business Case for Remote Work After the Pandemic

Organizational leaders are rethinking the ‘where’ of work in a post-pandemic world. Most are looking forward with a new attitude toward work-from-home. While many were skeptical in the past, the global work-from-home experiment is causing them to question whether they need all the office space they thought they did just a few short months ago. More than 70% of both managers and employees say they have been very successful at home and nine out of ten U.S. office workers say they want to continue working there, at least some of the time, when the crisis is over.
