Pipelines, Ceilings and Mazes – “Architecting” a More Gender Diverse Workforce

HCG is pleased to invite you to a complimentary webinar on enhancing gender diversity by looking beyond women. For too long, we have talked about ‘women’s empowerment’ and ‘taking charge’ and ‘leaning in’ – placing the onus of change primarily on women. Such a simplistic view contradicts the evidence which points to a problem that is multi-faceted and multi-level. In this webinar, Dr. Aarti Shyamsunder will address the common misconceptions about what holds women back at work. She will present research findings on gender-related myths and misconceptions. The audience will gain awareness and actionable advice on the key systemic elements that must be in place to achieve gender diversity.

Benefits

  1. Question currently held assumptions about the role of women in enhancing gender diversity at work
  2. Understand the systemic barriers to inclusion and diversity plaguing efforts to drive sustained improvements
  3. Gain awareness of a systemic framework delineating actions required of individuals, leaders, and organizations to drive improvements in gender inclusion and diversity
