We recognize that sometimes the dialogue is the best way to get your questions answered. As part of our blended learning model, we offer weekly office hours that are designed to provide live learning support. This option is available to all registered users to the HCG Talent Management Courseware Series. The support is ideal for getting help on the talent management learning content or the lesson assignments.

Guidelines for participating in the office hours:

• • To be respectful to other’s time please draft your questions in advance and type them in the chat area
  • The mentor will answer the questions in the order received using the voice call
  • Use a computer/smartphone with a microphone and headset. Please participate from a quite location.
  • If you are participating only through chat make it known to the mentor when you provide your question
