Dr. Sarkar-Barney will be teaching a graduate-level course on ‘Managing Talent in a Global Economy at the University of Hartford in Connecticut, USA. The winter term course will begin in January 2011. Some of the course topics include leading across borders, employee motivation across cultures, and communicating with a diverse audience.  Students will have a chance to interact with leaders in global roles to gain insight into the opportunities and challenges of working across cultural boundaries. This is the second year Dr. Sarkar-Barney will be teaching this course.
