Boost Your HR Practices with Design Thinking

Has your role as an HR professional expanded to include strategic partners, catalyst, and problem solvers?  Five decades ago, architects found themselves in the middle of a similar shift.  The advent of design thinking revolutionized the practice of architecture from mundane to user-centered. Our work with clients shows that design thinking is highly relevant for addressing the people needs of the business.  Starting with uncovering wicked problems, to rapid solution design, and implementation, design thinking offers methodologies that can help HR drive business impact with every interaction.   This webinar will address the role of designing thinking and evidence-based talent management in developing tailored solutions to people problems.  Participants will benefit from learning practical ways of implementing design thinking in their everyday work.
