The full-range leadership assessment is based on transformational leadership framework and assesses effective and ineffective leader behaviors.  It assesses current styles of operating such as managers or leaders.   The unique psychometric properties of the instrument make it easy to identify response distortions which are useful for introspection and coaching purposes.
