Price includes a $100 non-refundable processing fee, relevant learning courses, and certification exam package. The certification package includes one preparatory webinar and practice exam, certification exam, project evaluation with feedback, and final certificate and portable badge.

This module deals with managing individuals and groups of employees such that their efforts are aligned with the organization’s needs. The performance appraisal and compensation sections address the topic of evaluating and rewarding performance to motivate, retain and engage employees. Workforce planning and succession planning relate to projecting and preparing for future workforce needs.

How do I get access to the Workforce Management: learning and certification package?

What is included in the learning and certification package?
All resources including learning modules, tools, quizzes, and resources are made available through HCG’s learning platform. The Workforce Management learning and certification package includes the following courses:

What will be the duration of the learning and certification package?
You will have 5 months of access to the learning platform. You may learn at your own time for the entire access duration.

​​What are the requirements to get certified and earn the certification?
To earn the certified status participants must score a minimum of 70% on the projects, achieve 70% or higher in the CWM certification exam.
Statement on the certificate: The 'Certified in Workforce Management©’ certification demonstrates proficiency in Workforce Management practices and their integration with other Talent Management areas.

What is the Exam format?
The exams are developed with support from our expert panel of industry leaders. It includes multiple-choice questions design to evaluate domain knowledge and application skills.
