Talent Practices that Move the Needle on Diversity and Inclusion

According to the 2019 Diversity and Inclusion survey conducted by Glassdoor, 50% of employees across four major economies believe their company should be doing more. Despite the increased focus and investments in this space, 61% of US employees say they have witnessed discrimination. There is more companies can do to move the needle on diversity and inclusion (D&I).  In this webinar, the HCG team will present a talent management framework for advancing D&I. This framework was developed by aggregating evidence-based practices with proven effectiveness. Our guest speaker will bring this model to life by sharing examples from leading organizations. Participants will leave with actionable ideas to focus their D&I effort on practices that work.

  1. Understand the challenges that are holding back progress on the D&I front
  2. Become aware of the comprehensive framework of talent practices to advance D&I
  3. Learn about practices that are popular but produce minimal gains
  4. Learn how leading organizations are systematically improving their D&I outcomes
