Chief Technology Officer at an academic institution “my organization has had a series of failures in deploying new enterprise-wide IT systems, I need help figuring out what is going wrong?”.


Conducted senior team diagnosis through team meeting observations, interviews, and surveys. Analysis revealed that the team had a strong focus on execution. However, ineffective interpersonal dynamics and team processes were impeding team performance. Shared findings from the diagnosis with the CTO in advance and coached on communicating sensitive results to the leadership team. Recommended interventions to improve team effectiveness.
